This seminar will focus on learning to recognize the signs
of stress; how unmanaged stress can affect you emotionally,
physically, and mentally; and what you can do in order to
control or prevent stress in your career, personal and family
life.

life
Learn how to avoid procrastination Learn how to communicate
needs Learn how to set boundaries
Learn how to manage your stress for once and for all.
