- 5 treatments are recommended.
- LHR will not work on blonde
hair.
- The FDA has approved LHR for
permanency, however, what that means is a permanent
reduction of hair growth for tow years or longer.
Some people may require additional treatments.
The determining factor is the pigment in the
hair follicle.
- You must not pluck, wax or
bleach for 4 weeks prior to starting treatment.
You may shave.
Payment Options
The fee for a consultation with Dr. Mendelsohn
is $75. At the time of your consultation with
Dr. Mendelsohn, the charges for your planned procedures
will be fully explained. These charges will include
surgeon's fees, facility fees, anesthesia fees
and supplemental charges for items such as Autologous
Platelet Gel. Your consultation fee will be applied
to the surgery, should you elect to proceed.
A 20% deposit is required in order to schedule
surgery, with the balance of all surgical fees
due 3 weeks prior to the scheduled surgery. The deposit is non-refundable if
surgery is cancelled within 2 weeks of the surgery
date and not rescheduled.
Insurance does not usually cover surgery for
cosmetic purposes, however certain medical conditions
may qualify. This will be discussed during your
consultation.
